Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SkillNeer (skillneer.com), operated by SKILLNEER.COM CB HAGEN (Org.nr: 922 532 648, Norway), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Course Access and Enrollment

Upon enrollment in a course:

• You will receive access to the course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
• Course access requires email verification for security purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Course content may not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe payment processor.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change with notice.
• An account will be automatically created for guest purchases upon successful payment.
• You will receive email confirmation and receipt upon successful purchase.

A. Online Courses

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our online courses to ensure your satisfaction. To be eligible for a full refund:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.
• You must not have accessed more than 20% of the course material.
• Course access is tracked independently via our access monitoring system (separate from user-controlled progress checkmarks).
• Only actual content access (watching videos, viewing lessons, downloading materials) is measured for refund purposes.

B. Digital Products (Downloadables)

Due to the nature of digital downloads (e.g., E-books, PDF Templates, Resource Packs) which cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable. Guests receive a secure download link valid for 3 days (with up to 5 downloads). If you purchase with or create an account, downloadable products remain permanently stored in your account library for lifetime access with unlimited re-downloads anytime.

C. Online Software Tools (SaaS)

For our online software tools and SaaS products, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase for any reason. After the 7-day period has elapsed, sales are considered final and no refunds will be issued. Upon processing a refund, your access to the tool will be immediately revoked, while your account will remain active unless you choose to delete it via your profile settings.

D. Audio Books and In-Lesson Audio Add-ons

Our audio books and course audio narration add-ons are streamed directly through your account library and in-lesson audio player. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for audio products:

• Course Bundles (Course Terms Supersede): When an audio narration add-on is purchased in a bundle with an online course, the 30-day course refund policy supersedes for full order refunds. If you request a full refund within the 30-day course guarantee window (and meet the course access criteria of having accessed less than 20% of the course material), the entire order (Course + Audio Add-on) will be refunded in full and access to both will be revoked. Audio narration cannot be accessed without an active course enrollment.
• Add-On Only Refunds: If you wish to keep your course enrollment active but request a refund specifically for the Audio Narration Add-on, you may do so within 14 days of your purchase date. Upon processing an add-on refund, in-lesson audio narration access will be revoked while your course enrollment remains 100% active.
• Standalone Audio Books: For standalone audiobooks purchased outside of a course bundle, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

E. In-Course Lesson Add-ons

Lesson add-ons provide access to exclusive bonus lessons, specialized workbooks, or masterclass content linked directly to a course. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all lesson add-ons:

• 7-Day Guarantee: You may request a full refund for any Lesson Add-On within 7 days of your purchase date. Upon processing the refund, access to the bonus lesson will be immediately revoked while your core course enrollment remains fully active.
• Course Bundles (Course Terms Supersede for Full Order Refunds): When a lesson add-on is purchased in a bundle with an online course, the 30-day course refund policy supersedes if you request a full order cancellation (under the standard course criteria of having accessed less than 20% of the course material). In this case, the entire order (Course + Lesson Add-on) will be refunded in full and access to both will be revoked.
• Standalone Add-On Refunds in Bundles: If you keep your course enrollment active and only request a refund for the Lesson Add-On, you must do so within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Process:

• To request a refund, contact us through our support page within the applicable guarantee period.
• Include your order number and reason for the refund request.
• We will review your access/usage history to verify eligibility.
• If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Requests submitted after the specific guarantee period (30 days for courses, 14 days for audiobooks and audio narration, 7 days for software tools and lesson add-ons).
• Course purchases where more than 20% of content has been accessed.
• Audiobook or audio add-on purchases where more than 20% of the audio duration has been streamed.
• Digital downloadable products that have been accessed/delivered.
• Bundles where individual items exceed their specific refund limits.
• Violations of our Terms and Conditions or User Conduct policies.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. All refund decisions are final and at our discretion.
