How do I enroll in a course?

Browse our course catalog, select the course you're interested in, and click the "Enroll Now" button. You'll be guided through the checkout process. Once payment is complete, you'll have immediate access to all course materials.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, an account is required to access courses. You can create one during the checkout process (guest checkout) or register beforehand. Your account allows you to track progress, save your place in lessons, and access your enrolled courses anytime.

How long do I have access to a course?

Once you enroll in a course, you have lifetime access to all course materials. Learn at your own pace and revisit content whenever you need a refresher.

Are there any prerequisites?

Prerequisites vary by course. Check the course description page for specific requirements. Most beginner-level courses have no prerequisites, while advanced courses may require foundational knowledge.

Payment & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Is my payment secure?

Yes! All payments are processed securely through Stripe, an industry-leading payment platform. We use SSL encryption and never store your credit card information.

Do you offer refunds?

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes, you'll automatically receive a payment receipt via email after completing your purchase. You can also access your transaction history from your dashboard.

Digital Products & Downloads

How do I access my digital downloads?

You'll receive an email with a secure download link immediately after purchase. If you have an account, you can also access your files anytime from the "My Digital Products" tab in your profile.

Do download links expire?

Yes, for security reasons, the direct download links sent via email are valid for 3 days. However, verified account holders can always access their purchases from their dashboard without expiration.

I bought as a guest. How do I access my files later?

Simply create an account using the same email address you used for your purchase. Our system will automatically link your past guest purchases to your new dashboard.

What is the refund policy for downloadable products?

Due to the nature of digital goods, sales of downloadable software and digital assets are generally final and non-refundable once content has been accessed or downloaded, unless the product is technically defective.

I didn't receive my verification email. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, log in to your account and click the "Resend Verification Email" button. If problems persist, contact our support team.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Can I access courses on mobile devices?

Yes! Our platform is fully responsive and works on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Access your courses from any device with an internet connection. We do recommend larger screens though.

How do I track my progress?

Your progress is automatically tracked as you complete lessons. Visit your dashboard to see an overview of all enrolled courses and your completion status.

Do you offer certificates upon completion?

Certificate availability varies by course. Check the course description to see if a certificate of completion is offered. When available, certificates can be downloaded from your dashboard after completing all course requirements.
